Before you ask
What does it cost a driver?
Nothing. There is no membership, no subscription and no call-out fee. You pay the mechanic for the work, at a price the two of you agree before they start.
Who decides the repair price?
You and the mechanic, directly. OnRoad never takes a cut and never handles the payment, so there is no platform fee quietly added to your bill.
Who can see my phone number?
One person: the mechanic who took your job, and only for that job. Seventy-two hours after the job ends, your number is hidden again and removed from the request.
What if nobody accepts my request?
You can cancel at any time and nothing is charged. Coverage depends on how many mechanics are online near you, which is exactly what the closed test is for — we are signing up mechanics region by region before opening the app to everyone.
What does it cost a mechanic?
€29.99 a month with the first 7 days free. The trial asks for a card up front and converts automatically unless you cancel before it ends. There is no commission on top: whatever you charge for the job is yours.
Is OnRoad a franchise or a call centre?
Neither. Mechanics are independent providers running their own businesses. OnRoad is the layer that tells them a driver nearby needs help, and then gets out of the way.

OnRoad is in closed testing with drivers and mechanics in Latvia. Email support@onroad.lv and we will send you an invitation to the test.
